La Mona del Astillero
Speakeasy Gastropub
in a Historic Shipyard
La Mona del Astillero is an unexpected hideaway tucked within the remnants of Mazatlán’s old shipyard. Blending industrial grit with speakeasy mystique, the space was crafted from salvaged materials—each piece a relic of the city’s maritime past. Weathered steel, aged wood, and repurposed machinery come together to form an atmosphere that feels both timeless and clandestine.
From its hidden entrance to its raw, patinated textures, every detail of La Mona del Astillero tells a story. The result is a space that doesn’t just reference history—it lives in it.
